A man accused of stabbing a Good Samaritan who stopped an armed robbery last week pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges on Monday, the San Jose Mercury News reports.
Authorities say Hector Mora, 29, was allegedly holding up a 55-year-old man on a walkway over Highway 101 at Monte Diablo Avenue on Thursday, when a 17-year-old boy and his 20-year-old brother who were on their way home from church stepped in, the Mercury reports.
The boy suffered stab wounds on his arm and hand.
