As of Today 9/8/12 There are Only 7 Single Family Homes For Sale in Foster City

Only 7 Active Single Family Homes Makes it a Dificult Choice

Inventory in Foster City is at an all time low, why? Maybe it's the time of year, maybe homeowners are just waiting until next year to sell.

Many homeowners still living in Foster City are the original owners, and it really must be a tough decision to sell the family home.

Only two of  homes currently on the market here are priced under a million. Many home-buyers are not in the market for a home in this price range.

The best part of living in Foster City is the small community "feel" as well as the amazing schools and parks. The City Government is healthy and we have one of the best public safety departments in San Mateo County.

Sometimes home sellers are reluctant to sell at the beginning of the school year or close to the holiday season. To that I say in 2009, I sat in my office on Christmas eve writing an offer for my clients. New Year's day in 2010 we had our offer accepted! The home owners just wanted a longer Escrow period to plan their move.

Whatever your desision is in selling your home in this great community, there's home buyers waiting patiently to move here and make it thier home
