Support Our Military Families - Volunteer for the Novato 10-Miler on May 25, 2014!!

Dear Supporters,

One Team One Fight, managed by The 31Heroes Project, is an athletic endurance campaign, which raises money for our military families. We help sustain and grow charitable programs that provide immediate and ongoing assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community as well as families of fallen sailors, soldiers, airmen, and marines.  These programs include educational support & scholarships, tragedy assistance, survivor support & empowerment, and challenge grants.

We are the chosen beneficiary of the Nor Cal 10-Miler Series, which consists of three different 10-Miler events in Foster City, Novato and Sunnyvale. Many of you helped volunteer at the Foster City 10-Miler on January 12 and we are so grateful for your help! We are now looking for volunteers for the Novato 10-Miler on May 25, 2014. We would like volunteers to participate from 6:00am - 11:00am on race day.  All interested volunteers must register here: https://31heroes.wufoo.com/forms/10-miler-series-volunteer-form/
If you have a group of interested volunteers and your organization would like to setup an informational booth at the event, please let me know and I can give you more information.

The race location is the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co, located at 777 San Marin Dr, Novato, CA 94945. All volunteers should meet at this address at 6:00am on race morning. Parking is available on site.

Volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt upon arrival and will be expected to wear this when volunteering. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes, and check the local weather closer to the race date to dress accordingly. The event will go on, rain or shine!

For general race details, please visit http://www.corrigansports.com/Events/Novato10Miler.html.

Please feel free to pass along this information to all of your professional and personal contacts, as we would greatly appreciate all volunteer help.

Thank you so much for your support of our organization and our military families!
