Craig and Lou go to the Ballot Box, part 4: Proposition 32

De ja vu, Prop 32.

At the last November elections, voters approved a new way to reapportion election districts, taking that power away from the legislators.  

Not everyone was happy with the way it turned out but this is the first year that it has had any impact so we don't really know how well it's going to work out.  That has not stopped a group of politicians from trying to chip away at it.  

That's Proposition 32.

Yes, Lou ... I agree with Andrew ... you guys should have a debate on one of these issues. I will be happy to produce the video and hire a facilitator from PCRC I don't have any free time until December, but we should totally do this.
