PJCC Opening its Athletic Center’s Doors to the Public on Sunday
Health and Fitness Open House features exercise classes, massages, and festivities.
Work out at a state-of-the art Foster City fitness center on Sunday and it won't cost you a dime.
The Peninsula Jewish Community Center is opening its doors to the public for one day only.
The purpose of the center’s Health and Fitness Open House is to promote fitness at all levels, PJCC officials said.

“The goal is to incorporate physical activity in your daily life, which improves your health,” PJCC Athletic Center Director Vova Ekhilevsky said in a statement.
“We’re here to help.”

The 50,000 square foot PJCC athletic center features indoor and outdoor swimming pools and strength training and cardio equipment.
Personal trainers and fitness classes, among other services are offered.
The invitation includes exercise classes, fitness assessments, and chair massages.
Sunday’s group exercise classes will be offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. They vary from the trendy zumba to the traditional pilates and yoga.
The open house will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with festivities scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“You can walk on the treadmill, work out with weights, take a group or water exercise class, swim, play basketball, try kickboxing, whatever you like,” Ekhilevsky said.
