The 2012 Divas Half-Marathon and 5k Run, sponsored by the San Mateo County/Silicon Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, is a way of highlighting the beauty of the area and stimulating the economies of Peninsula cities at the same time.

The event is a collaboration of city employees from Burlingame, Foster City and San Mateo.
