Support Our Military Families! - Volunteers Needed for Foster City 10 Miler on Jan 12

The 31Heroes Project, a non-profit organization which raises money for our military families, is the the chosen beneficiary of the Foster City 10-Miler.  We are looking for volunteers to help us with this race on January 12, 2014. We would like volunteers to participate from 7:00am - Noon on race day.  All interested volunteers must register here: https://31heroes.wufoo.com/forms/10-miler-series-volunteer-form/

If you have a group of interested volunteers and your organization would like to setup an informational booth at the event, please let me know and I can give you more information.

The race location is the Leo J Ryan Memorial Park, located at 650 Shell Blvd., Foster City, CA 94404. Volunteers will need to meet in the handicap parking lot outside of the Parks and Recreation building at the park. Parking can be found down the street at the park side towers. It is an office building with an attached parking structure on the corner of Shell Blvd and E Hillsdale Blvd. 

Volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt upon arrival and will be expected to wear this when volunteering. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes, and check the local weather closer to the race date to dress accordingly. The event will go on, rain or shine!
