The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy

you understand Your Medicare coverage.

has an opinion, but know one understands how it works.
Find out what's happening in Foster Citywith free, real-time updates from Patch.
This presentation will explain the ABC’s of Medicare.
We will talk about the history, different ways to supplement Medicare such
as Medicare Advantage and Medigap plans.
Other topics we will discuss: how
to fight Medicare fraud and reduce your Medicare costs by learning about the
Extra Help Program that can save you thousands on your Part D costs.
HiCAP is overseen by the California Department
of Aging. We are funded by the Centers
for Medicare and Medicaid and the State of California to provide counseling for
Medicare beneficiaries or their representatives. Besides one-on-one counseling services we
also provide this community education to the public about Medicare.
Refreshments will be served. For more
