Giants Fan in Coma Arrives in San Francisco

Giants fan Bryan Stow, who has been in a coma since he was beaten outside Dodger Stadium in March, is expected to arrive at a San Francisco hospital this afternoon after being transferred from Los Angeles, hospital officials said.

Stow, 42, an emergency medical technician in Santa Clara County, is scheduled to arrive at San Francisco General Hospital from Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center between 3 and 5 p.m. today.

San Francisco hospital officials said they hope to brief the media on Stow's condition after his arrival.

Stow was beaten by two suspects in the Dodger Stadium parking lot after the Giants played the Dodgers on March 31, police said.
