PJCC Wins Slew of Awards

Readers of 'Bay Area Parent' magazine voted Foster City's Peninsula Jewish Community Center the best of the best in several categories.

 

The (PJCC) of Foster City has much cause for celebration.

Parents from across the Bay Area have declared the PJCC the "Best of the Best" in a slew of categories in Bay Area Parent Magazine.

The PJCC won gold medals for “Best Swim Class” and “Best Public Swimming Pool,” and silver medals for “Best Day Camp” and “Best Tutoring and Support.”

Bronze Medals were given for “Best Preschool” and “Best Destination to Throw a Kid’s Party.”

PJCC Executive Director Deborah Pinsky believes that reader survey awards hold a special significance.

“They represent the voice of the people that we serve,” Pinsky said. “They reflect the excellence of our programs and quality of our staff."

"We thank everyone for taking the time to vote, and extend an open invitation to visit our beautiful facility.”

She added that guests need not be Jewish to visit or join the PJCC.

“We’re proud of our diverse, multicultural community.”
