New Members Elected to Chamber of Commerce Board

Three new directors were elected to the Foster City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Three new members joined the board of directors at the to help promote local business and represent the business community and its interests.

The Foster City Chamber of Commerce welcomed last week Binh Le of Gilead Sciences Inc., Nikoleta Vicsapiova of Recology and Jim Cogan with PG&E to this year’s board of directors. The three new elects join nine other directors, all of whom hold three-year terms at the Chamber.

“The position of a Director of the Foster City Chamber of Commerce involves a commitment to support the Chamber, its programs and policies, and to do everything that one can to develop and maintain high standards,” according to a press release from Karen Dyckman, special event coordinator at the Chamber.

The chamber and the directors help to provide a strong local economy while promoting local business, and providing networking options and more, according to the press release.
