When did you start paddling? In 2004. My wife and daughter started before me in 2002.
How long have you been president of the Foster City Outrigger Canoe Club? Four of the last five years.
What are the biggest challenges of leading the club? Maintaining positive vibes and members to appreciate the sport of outrigger paddling. Like any social organization, minimizing the "drama."
What other sports or hobbies do you enjoy? I play for the office softball team and I like to golf.

What is your best memory of Foster City? The opportunity to paddle on an open lagoon with my crew mates.
If you could change one thing about Foster City overnight, what would it be? Create a "downtown" destination spot, pedestrian friendly, to take advantage of Foster City's good weather and waterways.
Giants or the A's? Raiders or the 49ers? I grew up in Oakland, so the A's, Raiders and Warriors of course!
