Why Go: The 7th Annual Redwood City Poker Run motorcycle ride is a exciting fundraiser benefitting the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League, Redwood City Police Activities League, and Redwood City After School Sports. This year’s Poker Run will be held on Saturday starting at Dudley Perkins (333 Corey Way, South San Francisco.) Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the ride starting at 10 a.m.

This free event will fill the shopping center with makers and their creations, inventions, art, tech wonders and more. Maker Faire Bay Area will take place May 21 and May 22, at the San Mateo Expo Center. This two-day, family-friendly event will feature hands-on crafts and inventions, music, food, entertainment and more.
