Why Go: The San Mateo High School Dance Program proudly presents MATEO MOTION VIII, a high energy dance show featuring tap, contemporary, jazz, ballet and hip hop.  The program showcases dance students and members of the San Mateo High School dance team, with choreography by award- winning dance director Robyn Tribuzi, and by the school's talented students.

Why Go: The Church of the Epiphany is hosting a bingo night with fabulous prizes and a chance to win a beautiful aloha quilt. All proceeds benefit 2011 Seekers Mission Trip to New Orleans. Our high school kids will be returning to New Orleans to help locals deal with the aftermath of Katrina and the Gulf oil spill.

When a postulant proves too high-spirited for the religious life, she is dispatched to serve as governess for the seven children of a widowed naval Captain. Her growing rapport with the youngsters, coupled with her generosity of spirit, gradually captures the heart of the stern Captain, and they marry.

Why Go: Have at blast at the “Almost” Mother’s Day Concert, featuring Andy Z & the Andyland Band! Why Go: The City of Foster City, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Peninsula Jewish Community Center offer family swim night every Friday at PJCC.  Foster City residents are invited to visit the PJCC to enjoy an evening of swimming and open-play basketball.

Why Go: Call or come by for a free 30 minute private lesson from a Professional Black Belt Instructor. Kids ages 3 and up, and Adults of any age will learn Self Defense Basics and Martial Arts Techniques. United Studios of Self Defense has been helping people learn about Martial Arts for fifteen years in Foster City.
