The last FREE workshop in the 2012-13 series is presented by author and nutritionist Nishanga Bliss, MS, L.Ac. Nishanga is the author of Real Food All Year and has been practicing in the holistic health field for over 20 years. This interactive presentation is open to families who want to learn how to prepare nutritious and delicious meals at home.

Blood Pressure Screening

The blood pressure screening is held every Thursday from 9:45-10:15am. This program is free and cosponsored by the Burlingame Parks & Recreation Dept. and the College of San Mateo’s Nursing Program.
